Stone Warranty
If you have purchased a Strellmans piece in gold from a store we will replace any chipped, cracked, or broken stone free of charge (except for shipping charges), for the life of the piece. This does not include Strellmans pieces in silver.
This warranty is subject to stone availability. If the stone color or cut is no longer available we will work with you to attempt to provide you with a suitable substitute.
This warranty does not apply to any other designer's line that we may offer. This warranty may be void if the piece has been altered.
Exchange Policy for Retail Stores
If you own gold Strellman's merchandise we will exchange it. This does not include silver Strellman's merchandise.
The merchandise must be unaltered and in salable condition. We will not accept worn merchandise.
The exchange policy does not cover non-standard pieces. For example, if a piece is normally a two tone metal piece and you ordered it in all one metal color the piece is non-returnable. Pieces in white gold with Padparadschah stones are considered non-standard pieces and are non-returnable.
The exchange policy does not cover sized rings. We may make an exception if the ring is close to our stock size. The exchange policy does not apply to any other designer's line that we may offer.
Cleaning Instructions
Your Strellmans jewelry is unique and dramatic. If taken care of, it's beauty will give you pleasure for many years to come.Sometimes, as jewelry is worn, soap or lotion will build up on the stone or dirt particles will become wedged between the back of the stone and the mounting. When this happens, the stone reflects a dull or brown spot. This is not a defect. The stone just needs to be cleaned.
To clean the stone and remove the dull spot, simply soak in household ammonia. Then, take a piece of unwaxed dental floss and floss the areas where the stone touches the mounting. Follow this procedure and you should see the spot disappear. However, if this does not work, please return the item to your jeweler who can clean it or forward it to us for cleaning.
